Parcel Theft

I wanted to provide you an update regarding Personal theft (e.g. pick pocketing, no violence used), which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

It has been reported to Police that recently in early December, residents in a block of flats in Ealing Common has had their parcels stolen from within the communal area by the post boxes. A suspect has been caught on CCTV and enquiries are on going to identify the suspect.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind all residents that if you are not going to be home for your scheduled delivery, perhaps consider having your parcels delivered to a secure locker or local pick up point.
